We hereby inform you that the personal data which disclose racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership to political parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data disclosing the condition of health and sex life, those relating to health is sensitive information. These data, together with judicial data, given spontaneously by you, will not be processed without prior express written consent.
