The use of innovative ingredients, such as aromatic hops, spelt, chicklings and lentils, in addition to water and crushed malt, provide the beers a high nutritional value and a special and unique taste.

Made with the high fermentation method and bottle-conditioned technique to bring out aromas and finest flavors, the result is an unpasteurized and unfiltered “genuine” beer, low in alcohol content, between 4.5% and 7.5%.

The Italian Weizen produced with the high fermentation method, using selected wheat and hops. It goes well with crudités, fish, cheese and grilled white meat.

Bright and cloudy yellow colour, it stands out for its white, creamy and very persistent foam. At the nose its expresses hints of ripe yellow fruit, banana and spices. Yeasty notes and lively carbonation accompany the delicate smooth flavor from the wheat malt. The finish is slightly acidic and thirst quenching.

The unfiltered Witbier made with the best Italian spelt and finest malts. Perfect as aperitif, it pairs well with cheese, fish, and shellfish.

In appearance, it is golden and cloudy with a thick and whitehead. The rich aroma reveals hints of lemon blossom and summer fruit with spicy undertones. The delicate, smooth flavor of the spelt is accompanied by herbaceous notes from the hops.

The unfiltered red ale made with roasted malts and chicklings. It pairs well with pizza, pasta dishes, soups, white meat and medium-aged cheeses.

Through the traditional top-fermentation technique, the result is its characteristic deep, naturally cloudy copper hue. The ale’s captivating aroma is dominated by mineral and caramelized notes. Its body is smooth and its flavor balanced.

A true all malt beer inspired by the tradition of Strong Ale. It pairs well with cheese, cured and smoked salumi, spicy and herbal dishes.

Its appearance is characterized by an intense yellow color, naturally cloudy, with honey-colored tones. The head is white and persistent. The aroma of this beer is characterized by fresh herbaceous notes of aroma hops. The use of special malts provides sweet notes of malt and honey. The flavor confirms intense notes of barley malt and caramel, balanced by the bitterness of the hops, with hints of ripe fruit due to the high-fermentation yeast used. The finish is persistent and complex.

The unfiltered Dark Ale draws its inspiration from Abbey beers, combining tradition with innovation using Italian lentils and through the expert selection of toasted and roasted malts. It pairs well with red meat, cheese, cold cuts, pizza and desserts.

It has a bold, original character. In appearance, the Dark Ale is deep brown with a thick and creamy, dense head. The aroma of caramel and spices enhance the full, balanced body while warm notes of dark chocolate and a complex aftertaste provides an elegant and enjoyable finish.

An unfiltered, unpastorised double-malt beer without the addition of carbon dioxide, has been re-fermented inside the bottle and produced using the high fermentation method, alongside specialty roasted malts and cocoa beans.

Deep brown, its head features marked hazelnut colour hues. The aroma is both warm and embracing, with delicate notes of dark chocolate, coffee and a hint of liquorice. It is full and consistent to the taste buds and the aroma’s myriad of warm notes can be enjoyed on the first sip.

Mastri Birrai Umbri’s IPA draws inspiration from the traditional British style, it has been brewed using the high fermentation method and features intense and cloudy amber hues, alongside copper tones and a compact and lingering head.

To the nose, it can be distinguished by the intense aroma of hops, with citrus and resinous notes, resulting from the dry hopping technique using American flowers. The flavour is characterised by decisive bitter tones, which are balanced by the use of toasted malts, bestowing caramel and chestnut honey qualities; the finish is both dry lingering.
